I can only hope that this penguin uses that hat and cane to dance like it’s the 1920s or something. We know penguins can dance (see: Happy Feet) so I think this is a completely plausible expectation. In fact, I have been inspired. I’m gonna round up some penguins and put on some sort of musical. The entire cast will be penguins, real penguins. Broadway here I come.
