I have no idea what is going on in this picture. It seems like a regular street in suburbia… except for the elephant. As if that wasn’t weird enough, why is he wearing those things around his ankles. I understand ankle bracelets and leg warmers, but what are those things. They’re like socks that he pulled right past his feet. Plus, why is he doing tricks?! That is clearly not a circus!
