Ever since I was a small child, I thought it was completely unrealistic to get a puppy for Christmas, and this picture reminded me of this thought. Let’s be real here: where are you gonna keep the puppy before hand? I know you’re not keeping that thing in a closet underneath a bunch of coats and there’s no way you’re getting it at like 11:30 Christmas Eve. Do you keep it at a friend’s house? No one has friends that nice who are willing to have a small animal that will urinate and defecate all over the floor run around their house. Plus if you’re gonna keep the dog in a box you need big air holes, and that just ruins the surprise on Christmas morning.
