This is a very special post for Animals Wearing Hats. It marks our very first user submission. It comes from my good friend Mowgli, who, as you can clearly see, is a very thoughtful dog. He spends most of his day staring out this window contemplating world issues, the theater, and tea. He calls this hat his “thinking cap,” as he wears it whenever he thinks.
